About this Coffee

This coffee comes from a single farm operated by Solomon Hamiso in Kokose. The farm cultivates organically grown, sugar-rich, high-quality coffee cherries. This success can be attributed to the village's high elevation favourable climate, and nutrient rich soil.

NATURAL PROCESSING

The cherries are meticulously processed at the washing station. For this natural lot, the process involves density sorting, hand sorting on drying tables, and prolonged drying under the Ethiopian sun to achieve optimal moisture levels.
