  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.  

4. Exclusions/Non-Refundable Items: 

  • Sale items, personalized items, and perishable goods are non-refundable.  
  • All roasted coffee beans/ground
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

This coffee comes from Nebaj which is located 250 km from Guatemala City. The name Nebaj derives from the lxil language meaning "place where water is born".
